Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
Where it states item measurements, weights & sizes - this is only an approximate value and may differ slightly to what is being advertised. For instance, the weight and length may be slightly more or less by only a small amount. The hair is sold by the total weight.
In order to contract with Lockstress you must possess a valid credit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. We retain the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
Lockstress Hair is proud to offer a hassle-free refund/exchange policy worldwide. If you are not a 100% satisfied with your purchase, follow the steps below to claim your exchange/refund:
- Contact our customer service team via the 'Contact Us' form to initiate the process. Alternatively, email us on email@example.com.
- We will inform our courier agent to pick up the item from your doorstep within 2 working days. We wont keep you waiting!
- Once we receive the returned item in its original packaging, we will start processing your refund. If you would like to exchange the item, we will offer a coupon code which is redeemable on our website for the price of the item that you returned. You can use that coupon to order the same item in a different shade/size or just to order any other item you like.
- Please note that in the case of exchange/refund the customer is liable to pay for the courier charges. The amount refunded, will only be the price of the product that was purchased, shipping costs are not eligible for refund.
- All exchange/refund will be processed only once we receive the item back to our office.
EXCHANGE & REFUND GUIDELINES
We endeavour to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.
Please note that the following conditions must be met to exchange or return an item
- An item may be returned within a maximum of 7 days of the customer receiving it.
- The extensions must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note that worn extensions are not suitable for exchange or refund. Obviously!
- If we notice any signs of use or damage to the extensions or the packaging it will unqualify for return.
DELIVERY TIME & CHARGES
- Kindly allow 2-3 working days for GCC customers and 5-7 working days for international customers.
- Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to process (If you order on Sunday, your order should ship out by Monday or latest by Tuesday).
- You will receive a tracking number once your order leaves our office.
- Please note that delivery charges differ from country to country.
- To know your shipping charges, first make your product selection, then proceed to the checkout page and fill in your country, state, city and zip/postal code details and click on 'get a quote' and you will be given the shipping rates to your destination.
- Each country has their own customs/import duty charges which is beyond our control and which the customer is liable to pay entirely. Please note that you will be informed about such charges (if any) by your local agents only once the item reaches your destination.
- In the event of a shipment reaching the destination and the customer refusing to claim the package, the customs charges will automatically be directed towards us. In such cases at the time of processing the refund, we will deduct the customs charges which were incurred as a result of the customer not claiming the item. Which is only fair :)
Cash On Delivery
For customers without access to a credit card, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as an alternative payment method (within UAE only). Using this service, you can select to pay in cash to the delivery agent upon receiving your order.
We at Lockstress Hair are proud to offer PayPal as a method of payment! All you have to do is select PayPal as a payment method (after filling in your customer information) and proceed to 'BUY NOW.' You will be redirected to your PayPal account where all your debit or credit card details and address will be displayed, as well as your desired purchase. When you click "Pay Now" the amount will be sent to us. If you do not click "Pay Now" within 30 minutes your order will be cancelled.
*Please note an additional 3% will be applied on top of your total amount as part of Paypal processing fees.
